Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms of service:
⬩ As a digital artist, all my work is digital only. Shipping of physical goods is not involved.
⬩ All my work is for personal use only, meaning that it can not be used commerically or for profit at any time. Profile pictures, banners, and thumbnails are okay; prints, merch, and other ways of profit are not.
⬩ As the artist, I still hold full rights over the artwork. This includes posting the finished commission to social media, using it as commission samples, and more. However, I will never sell merch/prints of a finished commission and characters will always be credited to the original owner.
⬩ Tracing, editing, copying, or claiming my artwork as your own is strictly prohibited. This applies to commissioners as well. Any time the art is showcased, credits must be given to me.
Process & Payment
⬩ I reserve the right to decline any commission I feel uncomfortable or unable to do.
⬩ Commissions may be first come, first serve. When I open slots, I typically work first come, first serve. However, sometimes I may pick certain commission requests to accept first. This will be specified at the time of an opening.
⬩ For illustrations, a reference sheet or drawing must be sent of the character. I will not accept real photos or descriptions. However, for original character design commissions, descriptions are accepted.
⬩ Full payment must be sent after a sketch is sent to the commissioner. I will not continue working until the full payment has sent. If payment has not been sent after 48 hours, the commission will be cancelled.
⬩ Major edits can only be made at the sketch stage. Any major edits after that will cost an extra fee. I typically only send a WIP of the sketch stage and then the final product; if you wish to see the line art and flat color stages as well, let me know beforehand.
⬩ Turnaround time can vary greatly depending on my queue and schedule, but it is typically around 1-6 weeks. I am a full-time student, therefore I do not have much time to work on commissions daily. Do not rush me, and please refrain from asking for updates too often. If the commission will take longer than 6 weeks, the commissioner will be notified. No deadlines.
⬩ Full refunds will only be sent if I must cancel the commission on my behalf OR if the commissioner chose to pay beforehand and I have not yet started on the drawing.
⬩ 50% of the amount can be refunded if the piece is at the line art stage.
⬩ No refunds will be provided for finished pieces or pieces near completion.
⬩ Tips are not required, but are greatly appreciated. If you choose to send extra as a tip, let me know beforehand so I don't assume it was a mistake.
⬩ I do not accept cryptocurrency in any way, shape or form.
⬩ All payments are through Paypal and in USD. I will provide my email to the commissioner for them to send the money to.
⬩ Any chargebacks or attempts to avoid payment are strictly prohibited. You will be immediately blacklisted if this occurs.
Any violation of these Terms of Service can result in being blacklisted and banned from ordering future commissions
